人件費Personnel Costs
For a regular casual restaurant, Personnel Costs should be about 35%
普通のカジュアルレストランであれば人権はは約３５％
So if you make 10,000 dollars a month, your employee cost should be about 3500 dollars.
月に１００万円の売上であれば、人権費は３５万くらいならOK!
If you are over 35%, you should think about cutting hours or raising prices.
もし３５％以上であれば、人権費を削るかメニューの値上げが必要かも。。。
