Business 101: Rent
Rule #1: You need to be able to pay your rent within 3 days of sales.
家賃は大体三日以内に払えるようにしないといけない。
This basically means that your rent should be no more than 10% of your monthly sales.
別に言うと家賃は一カ月の１０％以内におさえないといけない。
Here is the simple math: Rent x 10=what you should be making a month. (divide it by 30 to see what your daily average should look like)
簡単に計算できます！好きな場所の家賃 ｘ １０ ＝一か月の売り上げ！ （またこの数字を３０日で割ったら、そこの平均の一日の売り上げは想像できるさ！
