Turkey Time

I did it!! I finally tried a deep fried Turkey!

Two words... first word 1. DELICIOUS

I put a simple chili rub onto the turkey and then
used bailing wire to make a handle.

Next, I check the oil temperature which leads me to
word number two.

2. DANGEROUS

Thats a pot full of molten hot lava! My thermometer`s stem
wasn`t long enough so I lowered it in using a large whip... improvise.

The hot oil put up a fierce battle...

After just 35 minutes, the juiciest turkey you ever saw was ready.



But if I wasn`t using industrial grade equipment, I don`t think I would recommend it.
